Speak-IT Quick Support Ticket (Single User)

Need support - FAST? Purchase a Speak-IT Quick Support Ticket to guarantee priority service from a dedicated member of our support team. If you need us to remotely log on to your PC in order to fix an issue with your software or workflow configuration - this product is designed for you.

When you purchase a Quick Support Ticket, a member of our support team will get in touch with you to arrange a session. Alternatively, you can call us on 0121 456 7800 and quote your order number. Our technicians can then arrange a time at your convenience to log on to your PC remotely in order to diagnose and resolve any software issues (applies to products within our existing product range). Your Quick Support Ticket entitles you to:

  • Telephone Support
  • Email Support
  • Remote Support (on your PC)

In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your issue, customers are guaranteed a full refund. No fix - no fee!

This purchase entitles users to 12 Months of remote support with SpeechExec V11 software through Philips, the software manufacturers.

This support package entitles users to a remote installation of Philips SpeechExec/SpeechExec Pro V11 software on one machine. This installation will be undertaken directly by the manufacturer, a Philips engineer.

SpeechExec Installation and Nuance Dragon Professional Configuration (Per User)

£99.00 EX VAT

This support package entitles users to a remote installation of Philips SpeechExec/SpeechExec Pro V11 software on one machine, along with Nuance Dragon integration for speech recognition.

This installation will be undertaken directly by the manufacturer, a Philips Technician.

Please also note: this does not cover Dragon installation - Dragon will need to be installed prior to configuration with SpeechExec.

Olympus Support

 

2-Hour Remote Training for Olympus Professional Dictation Solutions (Per User)

£249.00 EX VAT

This product is for all current Olympus devices and software products. This service provides you with a remote session is hosted by an official Olympus support technician.

Receive 1:1 training on your Olympus dictation solution, so you can utilise your device and software to its full potential. Training is provided in a two-hour remote session.

Dragon Remote Session Training

1-Hour Remote Training Session for Dragon Solutions (Single User)

£99.00 EX VAT

Help kick-start your Nuance Dragon workflow with a 1-hour training session provided by the Speak-IT support team where we can get you up to speed with commands, keywords and all other Dragon features you may have questions about!

This support option is for all current versions of Dragon that we supply.
