This tool comes with three options:
Standard: Keeps your original tone and language style, but better.
Legal: This option can take what you've said and swap it for legal terminology if it applies. It's ideal for making client communications and case notes easier to create.
Business: Similar to the legal option, but more designed for general corporate use. The professional vocabulary is great for internal reports and client-facing documents.

Summary and Insights
If you’ve sent or received a dictation for which you don’t need a verbatim transcript, the Summary tool is ideal.
Get a simple heading and one-sentence summary with ‘Quick recap’; use the output to add to account notes, or to put into an email.
For a slightly fuller, but still brief, overview use the ’Detailed summary’. You'll get a headline overview alongside five bullet points outlining key themes, decisions made and actions.
Dictations with instructions or actions can be turned into a deeper analysis with the ‘Advanced Insights’ option. The document it creates is unique to the content of the recording. This tool also works on multi-speaker recordings, turning the audio into meeting minutes with actions!
