The service I have received from this company has been brilliant. I ordered the transcriber at 3.00 am August Bank Holiday Monday going into Tuesday and I received an email that very same day to say that it was being despatched. I received the transcriber 2 days later and it has worked perfectly. I have the identical transcriber which I have had for 29 years. I cannot fault them. A very friendly and approachable company. Thank you.

As a Radiologist I have used multiple medical transcription software products in my daily practice over the last 15 years. Dragon Medical One is easily the most capable and accurate transcription software I have ever used, transcription accuracy is exceptionally high immediately with no requirement to spend time training the software. Beyond this, with training of only a small number of words I am now seeing transcription accuracy of 100% on most radiological reports. Speed of reporting and hence throughput of cases has increased significantly. I would not hesitate to recommend Speak-IT Solutions if you are considering this product for your practice.
Their team could not have been more helpful at each stage of the process, from the initial enquiry, thought to arranging a product demonstration and finally purchase and set up of the product licence.Emails are answered almost immediately and are always helpful, a superb company to deal with.

Thank you very much for your assistance this afternoon in retrieving one of my dictation files which I thought had been lost. I have to say since my first contact with Speak–IT Solutions Ltd in March of this year and my subsequent purchase of the Olympus DS–7000 Digital Voice Recorder with the installation package I consider your service and advise both pre- and post-purchase to be exemplary.
You really have got a great understanding of these products and an extremely professional efficient and friendly way of guiding clients through what would otherwise be a very arduous, time consuming and difficult task. Many thanks for your help to date and I will certainly be recommending you to all my professional colleagues who have a need for such products.

Body cameras and two-way radios
I am just writing to say what a pleasure it was purchasing a body cam from you. I rang on Friday and was so surprised to be answered promptly by a real person I didn't catch the ladies name. She was friendly and understood my needs. She said she couldn't answer my technical questions but someone would ring soon. I was even more shocked and delighted when 10 minutes later Elliot phoned. He was friendly and answered all my questions. Then instead of sending me back to the website to take my order he took it there and then. He said the parcel would be sent Friday for a Tuesday/Wednesday delivery. I got notification of the parcels dispatch on Friday afternoon - more shock a company that does what is says it will. The parcel arrived this afternoon - a day early and my order was well and accurately packed.
What I thought as a non techie might be a nightmare of automated answers and disinterested staff baffling me with jargon was absolutely the reverse!!! A company that answered phones promptly, returns calls promptly, has real friendly, honest and competent people on the phone and do what you say you will. Excellent - what's not to like and applaud.
