Important Information Regarding Delivery via ParcelForce During Outbreak of COVID 19
"Due to the current situation, there are significant impacts on our ability to maintain all our usual service levels. We will continue offering our services, receiving and delivering parcels for our customers but there may be disruptions to some services under current conditions.
As a result, we will be suspending service guarantees from 18 March 2020 but will seek to ensure ‘all reasonable endeavours’ to maintain service levels where we can.
Due to the evolving exceptional circumstances, we are closely monitoring the situation at an individual country level. Because of this, we are also suspending our international delivery guarantees as we may experience some delivery delays. Please note that some of our international partners are also suspending requirements for signature on delivery, and therefore we are unable to guarantee to you that signature on delivery will be obtained outside of the UK. Some countries may also have a suspension of service, or a suspension of service guarantee in place.
We are still processing your international parcels until we are informed otherwise by our overseas partners. In the vast majority of cases our services are continuing as normal.
Information from Royal Mail Regarding Next Day Delivery Services
"For items posted from Thursday 19 March 2020 onwards, we’ll no longer guarantee deliveries by 1pm the next working day. We’ll still prioritise Special Delivery parcels and letters and will aim to deliver by 1pm or before the end of day. Resource implications of the continuing advice regarding coronavirus means we may not be able to meet the customer promise of guaranteed next day delivery in all locations at all times.
Changes to Special Delivery Guaranteed
Special Delivery Guaranteed by 9am and 1pm services have changed:
- 'By 9am next working day' is now 'By 12pm next working day'
- 'By 1pm next working day is now 'By 9pm next working day'
Signing for and Receiving Items
- Name logging will replace signatures upon delivery to minimise contact.
- Where items cannot fit through letterboxes, the item will be placed on the doorstep. The delivery driver will knock before stepping aside while the customers collect to ensure secure, yet safe, delivery.
- For care homes, items will be delivered to a central point such as a reception instead of the address(es) within.
We have four delivery options including a free Delivery option which can be used when purchasing items with a total value of over £150.00 Excl VAT. All of our delivery costs are charged per order as opposed to per item i.e Multiple items for delivery at the same address will be charged with one single delivery cost.
This is a signed for delivery service. Depending on the size of your order, we will aim to dispatch your item on the same day. This free service applies for delivery within the UK Only.

This is a Royal Mail Signed For Delivery Service. Delivery time is from 2-3 working days. Priced per order at £5.95 plus VAT.
1/2 Working Days
This is a parcel Force Signed For Delivery Service which aims to deliver your items within 1-2 working days from dispatch. Delivery is priced per order at £6.95 plus VAT.

We offer a next working day delivery service with Pre 9:00 AM, Pre 10.30 AM and Pre 12.00 AM from just £8.95 (plus VAT). For further special requirements, please contact a member of our dispatch team on (0121) 456 7800.
*All orders placed for next day delivery will be dispatched on the same day as the order was received. Our cut-off time for next day delivery is 4:00 PM. Please note that all orders placed after 4:00pm on a Friday will not be processed until the next business working day.
EU customers, please note:
Your item will be handled as 'Delivered Duties Unpaid' (DDU). You or the recipient may have to pay import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee in the receiving country. These charges will depend on the country you are sending to, the value and the nature of the item (e.g. commercial goods or gift).
