How can I access the new user interface as an existing SpeechLive customer?
Existing customers now have access to both the legacy interface, as well as the new and improved UX. Existing users can simply use the URL below and log in with their existing details:

So, what's new?
Along with reimagining the user experience, Philips have included over 25 new features to the already feature-rich solution, including:
- Improved search function - users will be able to search for dictations, properties and attachments with ease.
- Advanced reporting - account administrators will be able to access reports regarding SpeechLive files and users, including information on turnaround time and total file counts.
- Automatic dictation routing - administrators can set the preferred team for dictations based on priority and can also define a fallback team or typist to reduce overall turnaround times and backlogs.
- Confidential dictations - authors can mark dictations as confidential, enabling the author to better control sensitive dictations and users who are able to access them.
- 200 FREE Speech Recognition Minutes - every SpeechLive user now has access to 200 free speech recognition minutes for trialing and testing. Speech Recognition bolt-ons can be purchased for any user who requires instant speech-to-text.
