1. Open the PDF in Kofax Power PDF
2. Click on the 'File' menu
3. Click the 'Save As' option (Windows) or 'Export' option (Mac)
4. Choose the location for your new file
5. Select 'Excel Spreadsheet'
6. Click 'Save'
