Assist Me was created to address the increasing demand from our clients for single-user implementation and technical support. This package includes a one-hour block of time for almost anything you need related to the solutions we support.

We think it’s perfect for simple installations paired with a short training, or advanced configuration of an installed solution. Assist Me covers all supported software or hardware installation and setup, customisation, training, or technical support - excluding enterprise solutions and virtual environments.

You may customise your services and apportion the time as needed. Please note that we bill all sessions in 15-minute increments, and that all services are performed using remote help desk support software.
