How does Dictalogic Work?
Authors can dictate using the Dictalogic app (iOS/Android), via the web-browser using a dictation mic or headset, or by uploading from a voice recorder/digital dictation device.
Dictalogic then streamlines the entire process, with files being delivered directly to secretaries or typing pools, with notifications for each user providing status updates throughout the workflow.
All files are stored securely in the Microsoft Azure cloud with built-in 256-bit AES encryption for complete data security and GDPR compliance.
Dictalogic AutoSync
Dictalogic AutoSync constantly monitors a folder path of voice recorder.
When a new audio file appears in a folder or a voice recorder docked to the system, AutoSync automatically sends the dictation to your Dictalogic cloud account and assigns the file to your typist or typing pool.
