I am just writing to say what a pleasure it was purchasing a body cam from you.
I rang on Friday and was so surprised to be answered promptly by a real person I didn't catch the ladies name, She was friendly and understood my needs. She said she couldn't answer by technical questions but some one would ring soon. I was even more shocked and delighted when 10 minutes later Elliot phoned. He was friendly and answered all my questions. Then instead of sending me back to the website to take my order he took it there and then. He said the parcel would be sent Friday for a Tuesday/Wednesday delivery. I got notification of the parcels dispatch on Friday afternoon -more shock a company that does what is says it will. The parcel arrived this afternoon - a day early and my order was well and accurately packed. What I thought as a non techie might be a nightmare of automated answers and disinterested staff baffling me with jargon was absolutely the reverse!!!
A company that answered phones promptly, returns calls promptly, has real friendly, honest and competent people on the phone and do what you say you will. Excellent -what's not to like and applaud.

The service I have received from this company has been brilliant. I ordered the transcriber at 3.00 am August Bank Holiday Monday going into Tuesday and I received an email that very same day to say that it was being despatched. I received the transcriber 2 days later and it has worked perfectly. I have the identical transcriber which I have had for 29 years. Unfortunately, it has just come to the end of its life. We have had the pleasure of using Elliot in Speak-IT Solutions to provide the software for our Olympic Dictation. He sourced, updated and installed the software quickly and efficiently. We are a small provincial Solicitors General Practice and the Olympus dictation software serves our purposes adequately. As a Radiologist I have used multiple medical transcription software products in my daily practice over the last 15 years. Dragon Medical One is easily the most capable and accurate transcription software I have ever used, transcription accuracy is exceptionally high immediately with no requirement to spend time training the software.
Beyond this, with training of only a small number of words I am now seeing transcription accuracy of 100% on most radiological reports. Speed of reporting and hence throughput of cases has increased significantly.
I would not hesitate to recommend Speak-IT Solutions if you are considering this product for your practice. Their team could not have been more helpful at each stage of the process, from the initial enquiry, thought to arranging a product demonstration and finally purchase and set up of the product licence.
Emails are answered almost immediately and are always helpful, a superb company to deal with.

This is my second time buying from Speak IT. Every part of my experience with Speak IT solutions has been perfect.
The live chat on the site is great to ask quick questions to which you get detailed answers and offers of more assistance. Elliot was super helpful and responded to my emails very quickly and was patient when I had check things with our finance department.

I needed a new dictaphone - Speak-IT Solutions listened to my needs and they gave advise on what I needed. They even arranged FaceTime call so I could see the Phillips Speech air working.
Dictaphone arrived before expected delivery and price cheaper than other internet providers.
I struggled to get Phillips speech air working and they arranged screen share with my computer and dictaphone using Team Viewer. They spent over 1 hour on a Friday evening to make sure it was working correctly.
There is no other place in the UK that can provide this level of service and without their help would have not been able to set up device and cloud sharing.
They are a great team with great knowledge and really interested in making sure they provide the correct device for you and your needs and get it working.
I know if I have problem in the future it will be resolved quickly.
Dictaphone is working perfectly and has made my life a lot easier.

The PSP1200 (Philips SpeechAir) is amazing! I've had for less than a week and it has already improved my workflow dramatically. I have clinics in several locations and my PA would normally have to wait a day or two to receive dictation from me. Now I am able to email dictations immediately after I have seen each patient without having to fiddle about with cables and my laptop. The device is robust and the Android operating system is very intuitive.
The SpeechExec Pro software adds more layers of functionality which I haven't yet explored fully, but the interface is excellent. I like the fact that it interacts directly with Dragon Naturally Speaking and will use this for my medico-legal reports.
The service from Sean at Speak-IT was fantastic. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the products on the website, and specifically the PSP1200. When I phoned him for advice after purchase, he remembered who I was and was very helpful. Personal service like this is hard to come by and very much appreciated.

Very good concept. I'm sure this will make current dictating systems obsolete for people who are on the move. The fact that the dictation is emailed almost as soon as it is finished for transcribing greatly reduces the turnaround time. Only drawback is that currently it is not possible to email some dictation to one person and another dictation to another transcriber without having to reset the ODDS, hopefully this will be addressed in the next version.
